We are looking for a proven, high-performing Head of Sales EMEA to join our world-class global GTM team, reporting directly to the CRO. This role works with the CRO organization and other leaders to strategize, design, and execute sales together with our global CS team into hundreds of existing customers in EMEA and deliver on growth strategies and plans, in new industries and markets. What you'll do: Be accountable for EMEA's overall sales strategy, execution, and related KPIs. Evolve and nurture the Account Executive team and support them to success and support deal closing to tech and economic buyers. Build specific sales programs and plans (strategic and tactical) for each territory in EMEA (strong focus on the UK, DACH, and Scandinavia) related to use cases in different verticals in each region. Identify opportunities in each country based on its economy and local culture. Be the champion of all customers in EMEA, work collaboratively with the global CS, BDRs, SAs, Product, R&D, and others to ensure VOC is heard and we maintain smooth land, expand and renewal processes while providing the best customer experience. Work with the marketing and BDR teams to manage pipeline and growth through prospecting, advanced qualification, and tight POD work. Measure success and hold the team accountable to related KPIs. Implement sales methods (such as MEDDPIC) Leverage all matrixed resources to the full potential to ensure EMEA gets what it needs and the right attention. Be responsible for the overall revenue growth QoQ and YoY. What You'll Need: 5+ years of experience in Enterprise software or SaaS sales, carrying at least a regional quota and accountable for team management and achievements. At least 10 years of total sales experience with a proven track record of success Deep technology understanding and a very strong business acumen. Ability to pitch to Developers and also C Suite, handle objections- a sales pro and a hunter that has won at his/her core. Ability to drive teams relentlessly to ‘success no matter what.’ Deep knowledge related to account planning, pipeline management, marketing and sales metrics, and how to design and monitor them. Operates smoothly in a matrix organization, and knows how to get people to do what’s needed even if they are not direct reports. Global sales management experience - advantage An enthusiastic, creative, high-energy leader can do attitude and resilient. Willing to work in various time zones based on account/territory assignment. Excellent communication skills verbal and written, team player. Startup work ethic and style English as Native, German, French and other languages are an advantage.
